All Ports Agency Limited ("APA") specializes in shipping agency business for both domestic and international vessels and other related businesses such as cargo agency and customs declaration. Our Mission is to provide services that are cost effective, high quality and flexible to meet our customer demands. APA’s Head Office is located in Hong Kong with Branch Offices in China and Singapore, with well established networks covering majority of the ports in Asia Pacific Region. APA’s strong presence and connections across all key markets allows comprehensive services that you can count on.

APA focuses on owner's husbandry agent for owner's matter attending such as Dry Docking agent, Crew Changing, Spare Parts Handling, Delivery and Repairing. Also we manage Cargo Operations including loading and discharging for Container Vessels, Break Bulk vessels and Heavy Lifting projects.

With headquarter located in Hong Kong, Singapore Branch Office acts as the hub for South East Asia, APA China offers agency services covering almost all Chinese Ports as general agent undertaking shipping agency business, cargo agency business and customs declaration, for both Chinese and foreign vessels navigating among the international lines.

All of our staff in China has over 10 years of experience in marine agency, including the shipyard engineers, they have all adopted working style for international trades under the management style of APA.
